Compressor Muffler Assembly Device <Improving Manual Work Efficiency>

This is an automatic assembly machine that changes the manual pressing process to automatic supply and discharge, aiming to reduce labor.

We would like to introduce the "Compressor Muffler Assembly Device" that we handle. This device aims to reduce labor by automating the supply and discharge processes that workers previously performed manually, one unit at a time. The cylinder is fully electric, allowing for pressing with an electric press and phase alignment using a camera. It improves the situation where efficiency was poor due to manual supply to the press, leading to variations in product quality. 【Features】 ■ Fully electric cylinder ■ Pressing with an electric press ■ Phase alignment using a camera *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
